We process transactions based on the following:
Standard Procedure:
- The buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI)
- The seller issues a Financial Statement of Intent (FCO) / Letter of Credit of Purpose (SCO)
- The buyer submits an International Promissory Note (ICPO)
- The parties execute the Purchase Agreement (SPA)
- The seller provides the Proof of Product (POP)
- The financial instrument (SBLC / DLC / MT700) is issued
- Shipping and inspection (SGS or equivalent)
